Happy New Year to all our partners and volunteers!

The Amalthea Trust would like to wish all of our partner organisations and volunteers a very happy, successful and above all healthy 2022.

The last 18 months or so have been a very testing time for all of us, and although we have been able to run a few online training sessions for some of our partners we are very conscious of the fact that our volunteers have not been able to deliver our usual services to promote the development of Biomedical Engineering capacity and quality in Sub-Saharan Africa. However, we remain hopeful that 2022 will see us back out in the field doing what we can to help equip new generations of BMEs to improve access to quality health care in these countries.
